Dr. Jeremy Weisz here founder of InspiredInsider.com where I talk with inspirational entrepreneurs and leaders today is going to be an amazing episode Joe Valley of Quiet Light Brokerage and best-selling book The EXITPreneur’s Playbook before I formally introduce Joe. Joe, I always like to point out other episodes, people should check out on the podcast. Andrew Warner, I don’t think the podcast by the time you listen to this, it will have been out old time friend worked with Mixergy for many years, stop asking questions, his book, stop asking questions. It’s an amazing book, I lay in Andrew a little bit about why I don’t like the title and the positioning. But the book is amazing. And John Warrillow Built to Sell check it out, I interviewed him. And then I just want to mention another book. I’ve actually I don’t know if you noticed, but I actually did listen to this book, Walker Deibel Buy Then Build, you know, check it out. And he is involved with Quiet Light as well. So before I introduce Joe, this episode is brought to you by Rise25 at Rise25 we help businesses give to and connect to their dream 100 relationships, partnerships. And we do that by helping you run your podcast and Joe at this point, I think you know, John, we’ve known you and mark for a while now. The number one thing in our life is relationships. I’m always looking at ways to give to my relationships and bring on the people in companies I admire. And I found no better way over the past decade to do that, than have them on my podcast. And we were talking about this before we hit record. It’s an excuse for me to read up and study the cool things that person’s doing in depth. And so this has given me an excuse to binge on all things Joe Valley and Quiet Light over the past couple days. So I appreciate that. So if you’ve thought about podcasting, I think you should. If you have questions, you can go to rise25.com and learn more. And Joe Valley is a serial entrepreneur m&a advisor podcaster partner at Quiet Light Brokerage, one of the top online business brokerage advisory firms in the world he’s built, bought or sold over a half dozen of his own companies over the last nine years. Jeremy Weisz 3:31

Thank you totally appreciate that. I’ll give you a 20 after this is over now it’s gonna it’s funny, you know, I was looking at my email, Joe and I was corresponding with Jason Yelowitz in 2010. And actually had an interview with him back in that day. And one of the things that differentiates Quiet Light is you guys are run by people in the trenches, who are entrepreneurs who have bought and sold and built businesses. So when they’re having those conversations, I was listening to a conversation with you, Mark, and John and he was saying the secret sauce like there are some people who are successful in this business and some people that he was working with that weren’t and the secret sauce and the the people who know it themselves, right. And so I want you to just talk for a second because you’ve done it yourself. What is one of the businesses that you want to talk about for yourself that you built and ended up eventually selling? Sure.
