Background:

Chris Liscio, is the CEO of SuperMegaUltraGroovy (based in Toronto), a company that produces software for musicians and audio professionals. His outstanding development work has won him Apple’s Design Award and other honors. His Capo 3.0 app allows musicians to learn any song from their iTunes library more quickly and more accurately. Some of his other apps include Fuzz Measure Pro and Tape Deck.

Chris has been creating apps for Mac for about 9 years now. Being a dedicated and determined man in the business world he managed to run SuperMegaUltraGroovy, and made FuzzMeasure, Capo, and TapeDeck. He was able to create Fuzz Measure out of his crazy hobby which is building a set of speakers. With a help of his friend he was able to build tape deck.

In 2006, Chris Liscio was runner up for Apple Design Award. One of the biggest turning points of his career was leaving his dark basement and moving to an office on the main floor. In 2011 he received Apple Design Award for CAPO which was a huge honor.

Some of the other tools and software he use for his business includes productivity tools,
Xcode, matlab, and text expander for support.
