Some of her companies include Richter Design Group, Richter Communications, the Event Planner Association, Holistic Veterinary Care, a Veterinary Hospital which she ran with her husband Dr. Gary Richter, and MyPetthrives.com online community and many more. She is a co-founder of MyPetThrives.com which is a free resource for people who love their pets and want to get the latest information on health and education. Lee also finds time as the founder and Executive Director of the non-profit Pet & Wildlife Fund, which donates veterinary services to pets and wildlife in need. Her claim to fame is being Abbey’s mom – Abbey has done two TED talks before she was 14 and published her first book by age 9.
