After graduating with masters in Sociology from McGill University, Liam opened a small tutoring company which grew to over 100 employees, he consults on outsourcing and process design and is now working as a co-founder at www.staff.com, an elite remote working network where employers can find full time employees at a fraction of brick and mortar employees.
Liam has over 10 years experience in remote team management, focusing on how to make teams work more efficiently online. He’s managed large teams across 9 different countries and is passionate about understanding how online collaboration happens
