Today we have Justin Jacobs founder of Refunds Manager.com. He is software developer turned Amazon refunds hero. When I heard about what Justin offers I thought it was a no-brainer to use their company but they obviously only work with sellers who have a certain volume of sales and there is an objection he gets that I did not expect. The reason it is a no-brainer is they charge you nothing upfront and only get paid when they collect funds from Amazon’s mistakes.
