Mitch Kahn co-founded Grassroots Cannabis in 2014. Through his leadership as CEO the company has since grown to have 27 licenses and operations in seven states with more than 300 employees.

Mitch brings with him more than 20 years of chief executive experience. He currently serves as a Chairman of Frontline Real Estate Partners, and served as President and CEO of Hilco Real Estate.

Matt Darin applies more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the cannabis and commercial real estate industries. He is COO of Grassroots and its affiliated entities, which have a combined $75,000,000 of invested capital.

Matt also serves as Principal / CFO of Frontline Real Estate Partners, which he co-founded in 2010.

As Chief Strategy Officer of Grassroots Cannabis, Steve Weisman leads the company’s new market initiatives, acquisitions, product development and strategy.

Steve has extensive experience in corporate governance and management of entrepreneurial businesses. As an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, he counseled private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies regarding mergers and acquisitions.

Lisa joined Grassroots as Chief Growth Officer from Kimberly-Clark, where she was VP for Global Brand Design, Creative and Content.

At K-C, Lisa translated global brand strategies into seamless experiences for consumers. Lisa has 18 years experience in the agency business, including 7 years with P&G across their Beauty, Fabric Care, and Oral Care portfolios. Lisa was EVP at Starcom Mediavest Group and served as EVP at Leo Burnett / Arc responsible for building their global shopper marketing and e-commerce capability.

Josh has 25 years of real estate experience and is a Principal and Director of Real Estate for Grassroots Cannabis.

He is a Founder of Frontline Real Estate Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm, sourcing acquisition and advisory opportunities and managing Frontline’s team of professionals. Josh has closed over $1.5 billion of transactions in over 40 states. He has led many of the US’ largest bankruptcy cases and served as court-appointed Receiver and Assignee For the Benefit of Creditors for the majority of banks and Special Servicers.
